Alba Huerta’s new recipe book, Julep: Southern Cocktails Refashioned ($25, amazon.com), breaks down the cocktail maven’s bartending essentials and includes cute anecdotes alongside each of the 80 recipes. Try Huerta’s signature drinks — this one’s the bourbon-tastic Cherry Bounce Sour, which has been on Julep’s menu since its grand opening — bar snacks a la pimiento cheese, and more.
