Here Are the Most Expensive Homes Sold in H-Town Last Month

AS HOUSTON'S HOUSING market navigates a balancing act, with course-corrections in both inventory and pricing taking place last month, a number of multimillion-dollar homes — from the Memorial Villages up to The Woodlands — sold in June, some after less than a week on the market. Here are the 10 most expensive properties that changed hands last month, per HAR.

622 Saddlewood Ln.

The most expensive home sold in June was a 12,300-square-foot, red-brick mansion in Hunters Creek, with myriad luxurious details and designer finishes like hand-carved limestone, honed granite and Italian marble. Multiple game rooms and a bar and separate wine room mean this place can entertain kids and adults alike. Car buff? The garages can fit 14 of them.

16830 Bridle Oak Dr.

Boasting more than 10 acres of land in Cypress, this sprawling complex was sold to a lucky buyer after about two and a half weeks. Outfitted better than most resorts, the $6.5 million property includes a four-bedroom main house and two guest houses, plus a pool, lazy river and stocked pond with a private dock.

802 E. Friar Tuck Ln.

A 2019-buit home just off Memorial near 610, this 10,000-square-foot stunner is an indoor-outdoor dream — even, dare we say, in this heat. A just-completed Memorial-area manse, listed for $4.8 million, sold after just nine days on the market — due largely, perhaps, to the impeccable first-floor layout, complete with a family room, marble-clad gourmet kitchen, butler's pantry and fantastic wet-bar setup.
