HAVEN'T MADE YOUR Easter brunch reservations yet? Hop to it! From Tex-Mex to comfort-food to fine steakhouse fare, here are some egg-cellent choices for a Sunday feast.

B&B BUTCHERS The hip steakhouse on Wash Ave hosts Easter brunch from 10am-3pm with live music by David Gallego on the rooftop patio. Across the street, B.B. Lemon brunch is accompanied by DJ Dayta from 11am-3pm; cabanas on the lawn are a fun place to post up with friends or family! Both spots are also open for dinner, 3pm-9pm.

BLUDORN The hottest table in town, Bludorn is launching Sunday brunch for the first time this weekend. The inaugural event on April 4 features a three-course, pre-fixe, French-kissed menu for $75 per person ($25 for kids age 10 and under), and full brunch service — with pastries galore, fresh salads, omelets, Benedicts, Gulf-inspired fare and more — begins on April 11. Don't miss out on the bevs, either: The Bloody Quencher BBQ is a chipotle-cinnamon-infused Bloody Mary, and a refreshing Breakfast Punch has gin, tangerine marmalade, lemon and — surprise! — Chinese breakfast tea. Bonus? Enjoy to the sounds of a live jazz trio!

BRASIL Montrose patio go-to Brasil is known for its nicely priced weekend brunch — and on Easter Sunday, expect seasonal specials like carrot-cake pancakes, and lemon-curd-filled French toast topped with strawberries and whipped mascarpone. A carafe of prickly-pear mimosas is the carrot on top!

GUARD & GRACE Beautiful Downtown steakhouse Guard & Grace is a one-stop shop on Easter Sunday! Score a boozy brunch and an egg hunt for the fam. Hunts take place at 11am and 2pm on the second floor of the restaurant, and brunch runs from 11am-4pm, with specials like Maine Lobster Benny and a smoked-Wagyu-brisket hash.

LA TABLE The posh spot on Post Oak serves Easter lunch from 11am-3pm, featuring its regular menu plus the star of the show: a roast leg of lamb with seasonal veggies, pommes puree and sauce paloise.

NINFAS Both locations — Navigation and Post Oak — will extend regular brunch hours to 10am-5pm, with a few added plates by Chef Alex Padilla. Wash down a pecan waffle — with fried quail and oysters, two fried eggs and guajillo-chipotle cream sauce! — with specialty Easter cocktails. Olé!

ONE FIFTH One Fifth Southern Comfort touts four seatings for its $55/person brunch ($25/child) on Sunday: 10:45am, 11am, 2pm and 2:15pm. The pre-fixe menu includes a first course of crab-stuffed jalapenos, roasted oysters or a "snack platter" with Johnnycakes, radishes and cultured butter. The main dish is either ham-and-eggs with cream-cheese grits and pickled greens, or rabbit-and-dumplings. And for dessert, a picture-perfect pecan "Easter egg nest."

Leadership in Action: CEO Theresa Roemer Credits Mother, Mentors and Mindset for Accomplishments

How did you get to where you are today? My journey to where I am today is built on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Every step along the way, I faced obstacles, but I approached each one with determination and a “never give up” mindset. Instead of being discouraged by challenges, I used them as opportunities to grow and improve. Consistency was key—I committed to showing up and giving my best effort every day. I also learned not to take “no” as a final answer. Instead, I saw it as a chance to push harder, adapt, and find another way forward. It’s this combination of persistence, resilience, and unwavering focus that has brought me to where I am today.
