TEMPT TASTEBUDS WITH food and drink events all across Houston — and consider an al fresco workout to balance the weekend! As is the case these days, there are plenty of virtual and livestream happenings, too. Here's a rundown of the most interesting things happening in H-Town this weekend.
This weekend promises clear, sunny skies through Saturday — perfect for a nice dinner out or, may we suggest, a pajama party with total strangers? Stream shows at home, or hit up a new farmers market for fresh produce. Due to the ongoing Covid crisis, some events are prone to cancelation, so be sure to check before heading out; mask-wearing and social distancing is encouraged.
MOBILE MARKET REVS UP AT BERING'S Today is the first day that Hope Farms — the seven-acre urban farm operated by Recipe for Success — is bringing its Rolling Green Market to Bering's on Westheimer. Each Thursday from noon until 2pm, score farm-fresh produce, fresh flowers, honey and more at the pop-up farmer's market, which has already been a hit on Fridays at Tootsies. Free.
