Calling all cool dads! Take the whole gang for a scrumptious brunch — think steak and eggs, and much more — plus, all dads get a refreshing Michelada cocktail (house-made bloody Mary mix, choice of Tejas Clara lager or Negra amber) on the house. Graffiti Raw and sister restaurant Flora will team up with Tejas Beer, the brewery that recently revitalized the Buff Brew Co. space, to offer the gratis treat. The special runs June 15, 11am-3pm, and June 16 all day.

This topnotch Downtown hotel is devoting an entire weekend (June 14-16) to dad! Toro Toro presents a special prix-fixe dinner, served family-style for up to four guests ($350). Starting with Smoked Guacamole, the dinner is highlighted by a 32-ounce Tomahawk Steak served with lobster mac and cheese, potato three ways, grilled asparagus, and heirloom carrots. The famous La Bomba dessert wows all, while a bottle of Caymus cabernet provides an impressive toast to Pops.

Founder Jodie Hoffer of Hoffer Furniture has helped thousands of families over the decades, thanks to fellow family-run businesses including Finger Furniture and Star Furniture. All were honored at the evening function, which was emceed by Khambrel Marshall.
A "giving tree" was stocked with surprise items for purchase, and a silent auction touted exclusive wine lots, among other fine prizes. In all, the No Kids on the Floor event raised more than $275,000 to purchase beds for youth.
