This New Saint Lucia Resort Should Be at the Top of Your Post-Covid Bucket List

A Beach Residence at Cabot Saint Lucia

Ten months of quarantining has left us daydreaming about our first trip post-Covid. Add to the list: Cabot Saint Lucia, a magnificent resort community in development on the northern tip of Saint Lucia, whose picture-perfect beaches and lush rainforests are only a five-hour flight from Houston.

Saint Lucia

The boutique oceanfront resort will offer the very best in amenities, including three restaurants, a world-class spa, wellness center and more. Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw have designed Cabot's golf course on 1.5 miles of pristine coastline, into which the stunning resort naturally blends in. London-based Studio RHE is leading the design process and will be using sustainably sourced local materials and the latest environmentally-aware thinking to create understated architecture with a strong sense of place that is very much of today, yet also distinctly Saint Lucian. Influenced by the site, designs will embrace coastal, secluded and rustic elements.

Real estate is currently available for purchase with phase 1 lots priced from $750,000 to $2.6 million. Golf holes at Cabot Point will be able for preview play soon, while the full course and suite of amenities are set to open in 2022. The hotel is slated for 2023.
